What Is ZHMR Alloy (Zirconium Hafnium Moly Rare Earth)?
ZHMR alloy(Zirconium Hafnium Moly Rare Earth) is ZHM-based alloys, in which to add the right amount of rare earth oxide of yttrium oxide (Y2O3) to form an alloy.
Molybdenum alloy development from Mo-0.5Ti, TZM to TZC in the pursuit of high-temperature strength, low brittle ductile transition temperature and good plasticity. ① Material
Experimental materials used for the FMo-1 purity molybdenum powder, commercially pure zirconium hydride powder, industrial oxygen combined chemically pure yttrium powder and toner. Mo powder having an average particle size of 5.9μm, HfH2 yttria is 2.48μm to 1.6μm
② Proportioning and mixing

Weighed according to the proportion of the table, and then mix in the mixing tank, mixing time was 24h.
③ Forming and sintering method
The good material mixed into pouches, in calm press, using 200MPa pressure molding. Forming compacts will burn first, and then it was heated to 2050 ℃, holding time is 2h, sintering atmosphere of hydrogen can be.
