The six kinds of rare earth oxide additive amount of yttria ZHMR alloys at 800 ℃, 1000 ℃, 1200 ℃, 1400 ℃ the high temperature tensile strength and elongation of the test showed that:
At 800 ~ 1000 ℃, ZHMR alloy strength has increased significantly, and in 1.0% Y2O3, the peak intensity of the basic, but more than 1200 ℃, the strengthening effect is not obvious. ZHMR3 with increasing temperature, high temperature strength decreased much more than ZHMR6 ease, while PM-ZMR1 of σb-T relations, though more moderate, but in the 800 ~ 1000 ℃ when the high temperature strength is significantly lower. Plus yttrium oxide molybdenum alloy compared with ZHMR1 has greatly improved elongation at 100 ~ 1200 ℃ within, ξ increased from 20% to 35%.
